Party Requirements

Parties are limited to a maximum of 10 cowboys and cowgirls. All participants must be 6 years old or older to ride or participate in party activities.

Horse Rides

Each cowboy and cowgirl will enjoy an individual guided horse ride during the party, with the chance for extra ride time depending on the size of the group. This gives every child a special one-on-one horse experience to enjoy during the celebration.

Craft Activity

In addition to horse rides, children will also take part in a fun craft activity. This gives everyone a chance to get creative and enjoy a hands-on party experience.

Food & Cake

Families are welcome to bring food, drinks, and birthday cake to make the celebration extra special with your child’s favorite treats. Please remember to bring plates, napkins, cups, utensils, and any other serving items you may need. A refrigerator is available to help keep your food and beverages chilled during the party.

What to Wear

For safety and comfort:

• Jeans or leggings

• Closed-toe shoes - required for all riders and for being around the horses and ponies.

• Helmets are required for riders and will be provided.

These clothes work best for horse rides and outdoor fun. Expect to get messy!

Use Book Now to reserve your spot. The total cost is $600, a non-refundable $300 deposit is required to hold your special party date. The remaining balance will be collected upon arrival.

For everyone’s safety, each cowboy and cowgirl must have a completed waiver on file and review the barn rules before participating — no exceptions. The party host will receive the waiver link after booking and is responsible for completing it and sending it to each parent/guardian whose child will be joining the party.
